A Propyleon is a monumental gateway in ancient Greek architecture. It is an entranceway to an enclosure, usually a sacred site devoted to temples, associated with a classical Acropolis. I am using and developing the concept of Propylaea in the open space as a Gateway to Life and to Happiness.

It is an opening in the matter, a notch, to pass over, into the uterus that gestures and reveals in the Light of the Infinite Universe. The sculpture has a minimalistic and an architectural approach. In my art, I believe in the simplicity of the form and at the philosophical concept of it as well.
